Gen 3/4/5-style menu icons for Gen 6+ Pokémon (contributions wanted!)

Neither BDSP nor PLA had the traditional pixilated menu sprites for Pokémon, and judging by promo material for SV, it's looking like the 32x32 menu sprites are a thing of the past. Going forward, it seems necessary to make a repository for community-made menu sprites of the new Pokémon in an Essentials-importable format. Additionally, from Gen 6 onward, Pokémon only had static menu icons, rather than the 2-frame animations used from Gens 3-5. While lower priority, it still seems natural to accumulate any animated icons people might have created for Pokémon and forms introduced from XY-SwSh here, as well.

This pack contains icons for all Gen 9 Pokémon, most PLA Pokémon, as well as animated versions of a handful of Pokémon from Gens 6-8. Contributions are welcome

Sounds good, then. I added the new sprites to the spreadsheet and .zip file. I also fixed an error on Kleavor and made H-Arcanine more dynamic.
