    The Rizalia Region needs your help in order to come alive in a GBA decompilation ROM hack. I am in need of scriptwriters, sprite makers, mappers, coders, and much more that I can specify.     ( The ones that know how to edit or make a script/edit the codes in a decompilation rom hack specifically pokeemerald. )
    STORY MAKERS
    ( We are indeed for story writers that have vast imagination needed to make a very remarkable story/back story for the game. )
    BALANCE CHANGERS
    ( The one that can provide balance changes in the game so that it won't be very hard nor too easy.)
