[Decomps] [Emerald] RECRUITMENT For Garticmon (project by RubberRoss' Community)!

Hello! We're currently looking for some new team members!

Garticmon is a Pokémon Emerald mod being created by RubberRoss's community based on the GarticPhone streams he's hosted. This project aims to bring life to the designs created by the many talented artists (and lovable personalities) on the streams. THIS IS PURELY A PASSION PROJECT, SO NOT PAID WORK

Positions:
*We're furthest behind on mapping and scripting, so that's our current focus for recruitment. And we're willing to teach folks who are interested.
*Experienced Mapper (we use PoryMap)
*Scripting
*Programmer with Decomp (or CFRU experience) for new features
*Overworld spriter, particularly with experience in tile sets
-Trainer Spriter (must be of decent quality)
- Must stick true to gen 3 trainer style
- Trainer Concept Artist
- Pokemon Spriter (must be of decent quality)
- Modern style sprites with Gen 6-Style party sprites
- Battle background Artist
- Render Artist - people who are familiar withe Sugimori official art style

Story Summary:
Those Crypto-bros at Team Token were already on the bad side of Professor PointCrow before they crashed the art festival to steal the art. The Professor can smell there's more to this theft than simply adding to their collection of Art Tokens, could they be trying to summon the legendary who brings Garticmon designs to life? Whatever it is, it can't be good. As you and Slimemantha were already setting out on your Gym challenge, you decide to grow a strong team with the help of the region's gym leaders and report back to him with any findings about Team Token. Will you and the artist community be able to stop Team Token before they can take full control of the region and suck it of all creativity?

About the Team:
Our team is fairly large, with a Discord server of over 60, but only about a dozen are fully active (we have all our bases covered but need additional help). We've made a ton of progress on spriting and adding the Garticmon to the game and recently have put together an elite team of writers to iron out our story and script. We're an easy-going and passionate team, looking to put out an excellent game that we can all be proud of, but taking our time and not burning out. We have a lot of laughs, roughly weekly calls, and occasional games of GarticPhone.
