I was at a Psyduck outbreak, it was in a river at the west end of east province area 2.
I was by the bridge in the water and sent out my Scyther. Scyther didn't attzck but was just frozen. I swam away and Scyther didn't return just stayed frozen.
I encountered another wild Pokemon. Scyther returned and appeared like normal but wouldn't attack or return upon clicking ZR after this.
I ended up restarting the game and it returned to normal. I think it happened because I tried lets go near the bottom of a bridge.
