RNG Woes
Well trying to abuse the PRNG some more. I've already gotten 8 or 9 shinies out of it but now I'm having trouble RNG'ing a Bold Shiny Male Koffing. I keep on hitting the correct delay and the correct second. I got the correct coin flips and everything. But oh no this stupid Koffing is un-shiny...
