    Lost over 60 pounds so far...

    Another Breakthrough...

    Well I made another breakthrough. I went to my meeting this morning and got myself weighted in. I found out that I lost 8.2 pounds from last week. So right now overall I lost 55 pounds! I am at 189.8 pounds. From 244.8 to 189.8....WOW! AWESOME! Oh man, I don't know how happy I am right now...

    I made it everyone! I broke away from the 200 mark. I am no longer 200 pounds. I am now at 195. I just found out that I lost 6.2 pounds from last week. =O That is a lot of weight I lost.
