Do you mean Digimon that are classed as evil (eg. Devimon) or ones that are evil in the show (eg. Machinedramon), as Machinedramon is classed as an android Digimon.

Either way there are loads of cool ones.

I'll choose one for each I guess:
Evil classification: LadyDevimon
Evil in the show: Keramon and his evolutions

I also think Vemmon and his evolutions are great from Digimon World 3.
