1st one:

Psychic can maybe get 1 big hit on, but then they'll start retreating. Besides, how often are you going to see a pokemon with 7 energy on it?

Barrier is funny though.

2nd one:

Combos nicely with Fossil Gengar, Banette ex, and Rainbow Energy. The other two attacks won't be used much, though.

#1:
Bad HP for 3 RC... First attack is good against mass energy spammers like Dusclops ex and Crawdaunt ex etc. Barrier is useless unless you have too many energy to waste on stalling.

#2:
Not too bad for a basic. First attack is too unreliable and not that useful because it only has 70 HP not 100+, but it has some potential to stall. The other 2 attacks are just passable, Psyburn is quite costly for 60, it could be 70 to 1HKO most evolving stage 1's.
- Use TRR's ex version instead.

Pretty bad as it uses 3 types of energy, and the attacks aren't that good at all... Maybe the 2nd attack can catch some energy spammers off guard, but that's all it can do...

Worst of them all. Both attacks are useless compared to the other cards...
