Nice to see Base Set Electrode revisited but without the Knock Out. And the attack is a bonus against the evil EXs.

Odd card, nice card but odd. 8/10.

Good as a Double Raimbow, but as a Pokemon, it's mediocre. At least it's quite cheap.5/10

Wow, can anyone say Base Set Lugia?

That's an easy 90 damage by turn two...and seeing as it's a pokemon, things like Nightly Garbage Run and Time Capsule will work just fine on it. It's one of the best fast energy tech cards I've seen in a long while.

Still serves it's use if it's low on HP

Good attack against it's own kind
