Lovely art.
HP: 60. Staying put, at least briefly.
Magnetic Reversal: Gust of Wind essentially, good power, combined with its low retreat cost.
Sharpen: Could have a better attack or more damage, oh well.
Energy cost: Fits in anywhere.
Retreat cost: Quite low. Unexpected.
6/10. Good for the effects and a wild card in the game but lackluster in the pure mechanics.
