That's just insane -- two energies and you're set? Centrifugal Force can work out in your favor, but, at least, the second attack will compensate with an automatic 30 if not. And if your opponent uses Water, oh, my. Particularly if you have it out early (good in Tours, yes?).

Complete with decent HP, no retreat, an actual resistance (which should be taken of note), you got a good Stage 1, yes.
