I think it's better when you do a card and its Lv.X counterpart together anyway, tbh, or at least one day after the other. It makes it easier to rate the Lv.X.
Anyway, on with the review.
Gardevoir lv.55
The HP's alright, nothing special given that previous Gardevoir have had 100HP. Telepass, however, is very good. If it can give you twice as many Supporter cards per turn, fantastic. Even if you've only got the one to use by way of your opponent's discard pile, it's still something. Psychic Lock is pretty good too, it's like a new Imprison (except Poké-Bodies still get through, dammit). Retreat Cost is to be expected, as is the Weakness...but still not good.
Gardevoir Lv.X
Firstly, 130HP is not good. Worse given the fact that an 80-damage attack can OHKO Gardevoir, yet a 70-damage attack can OHKO the Lv.X. Should have been 150HP, really. Regardless, the Poké-Power is great, giving all your Pokés a free retreat, and the attack is phenomenal - as long as you don't have to go for the lowest in play, just the lowest on either side of the playing field. (Someone let me know which one it is, thanks.) If it's the former, Super Scoop Up is necessary.
Gardevoir Lv.55 - 7/10
Gardevoir Lv.X - 7.5/10
