Question: 10PM EST always dead??

    not sure if it is just me or this is typical... around 10 PM EST every day the forum seems to be dead, like no replies anywhere when it usually takes 20 minutes less for a reply on one of my posts but every time my clock turns 10PM that hour is like nothing but gets dozens by the time I typically wake up (5AM EST).

    is it me or is this typical of the forum?
