Okay, it's Flygon time!
First, the Poké-Body. It really depends on how often you see Machamp/Lucario decks at your local tournament, if you have one. It's an excellent Poké-Body, but it does get let down by that one little drawback of not including Fighting-type Pokémon. The attack is really good because, once it's fully powered-up, you can either use your turn's Energy on a Benched Pokémon or on Flygon, depending on how much damage you need to do. However, it not including Double Rainbow Energy and Scramble Energy is a let-down.
120HP isn't bad, but it leaves it open to OHKOs from not only Blastoise, but Gastrodon East Sea plus PlusPower, which, might I remind you, is in Secret Wonders. Basically, if you're at a prerelease and you've got Flygon, if anyone screams "I got Blastoise" or "I got Gastrodon" (either, given the types), don't use it. :P Resistance is okay, given the Lightning-types available, and the Retreat Cost is average (0 would have been better for a Flygon).
Overall...7/10.
