I was wondering if we'd see it in card form.

Tongue Reel, plus high HP, that's the point of the card. We needed a cheap enough Gust of Wind, but at least on here, it's automatic and inflicts damage. The second attack is alright, but its greatest flaw is the retreat coat. Until you can compensate, the card may do you more harm than good.

That said, its artwork looks like a giant marshmallow.

hehehe what a silly pokemon XD

In terms of stats, Lickilicky is a mixed bag. It has a hefty HP for a stage 1, but still has a poor weakness (to Lucario/machamp etc) and an unplayable retreat cost.

Tongue Reel is effectively a GoW of an attack which is good and also has a decent 50% chance of paralysis. The only downside is that the damage output is incredibley bad for even 2 energies and will rarely hinder your opponent.
Boundless Power can easily follow up a Tongue reel to do a substantial total damage. However it also is just as expensive, and without Boost energy, will take up an average of 1/4 of your decks energies to pull off. Worst of all the inability to attack the next turn & massive retreat leaves Lickilililiicky a target (since 80 is likely to KO a lot of things, something else can be sent out and damage this card just as badly, Tongue Reel isn't so much of a useful attack either).

I can't see this card being played at all... besides it looks incredibly obese. ¬_¬
