Its energy cost isn't great but it's OK if you need a [R] Pokemon in a hurry. The Power is awesome, though - it basically lets you use two Supporters in a single turn, and who wouldn't want that? It's not a bad tech since you can only use one Sharing per turn, so you really only need one on your bench - a 2-2 line would be plenty with search (1-1 would be risky with prizing, but I never actually had that problem with 1-1 lines before, so you could even just do that). You don't want to have only a Feebas in your hand at the start though. 90HP's nice for a bit of stalling and pull it back onto your bench as soon as you get your main attacker, perhaps even using the effects of your opponent's Supporters ;)
May I just note that if you and your opponent are both playing Holon engines, Milotic basically gives you eight Transceivers? ;)
