Funny card for this set given how cruel the Rockets are to their Pokemon. Anyway.
HP 40: Staying out a least a little.
Yawn: Instant Sleep move. Always good.
Mini-Metronome: Viable with the right cards to back it up. But quite the gamble needless to say.
Weakness: Surprising given how the past set ignored this.
Energy cost: Fits anywhere.
Retreat cost: Expected.
Overall: A wild card that can help or hurt depending on the opponent's luck and yours. 6/10.

This card is a bomb. It won't last too long against someone good, but it's an unbelievably good 2 v 2 combo card.
