Thanks to Water Pokemon Master from www.pokebeach.com for the scan.

This is a "great" card. It has good HP and it's first atack effect is good for searching that sepific enegry. It's second atack is great. It gives field avdtange and you get to choose which enegry. 50 is a good amount of damage. But it may knock out the pokemon so it is helping your opponent more if he get's to return a enegry to the hand =/ .Being electric as it's weakness when it has a steel type is exepcted. But no resistance? not well. A great card. Very useful. 7.9/10

Horrible card. Why return a card to your opponent's hand when you can discard it using something else? Second attack is overpriced. Even when you have Holon Energy, it's a bad choice. 6/10.

Wtf is a holon energy card? *clueless*

And I actually like the second attack...if you have one energy more than your opponent, and they're just one energy away from attacking, you negate nearly any chance of them attacking.

but wtf is a holon energy card.

    @ Dakota~
    Holon Energy Cards are:
    -Holon Energy FF
    -Holon Energy GL
    -Holon Enegy WP

    Now, to the review.
I find Holon Energies pretty usefull, if you want to know. So the first attack is a great backup. The Second one is not going to build up an enormous damage, but returning the Energy Cards to your hand too can be very usefull, specially if used with the first ttack [Get Holon, but in your hand]. I'd give a 7.5/10

Why would you want no Special Conditions to a Pokemon with 70 HP, and with a horrible second attack? Waste Holon Energies in something else, not in an useless Eeveevolution.
