    It is different than the basic discard to do damage. By returning it to the hand. Which can be useful at most times. A good effect to have. The searching effect is like the others. So nonthing different. 70 HP and a resistance makes ot better. I would have liked 80(but that never happens unless it's a ex). 8/10 in my view.
     
    It's strange that Jolteon has a Steel resistance, since for years Jolteon had none. It's actually more useful than Vaporeon, but the attack is still overpriced and only useful to attack Baby Pokemon in your opponent's bench. 6.5/10.
     
    I love the second attack. It's reasonably priced, and 20 every turn to their bench? dang
     
    You get back what you pay for and attack the bench

    Pokepower is not the bomb as it could have been better
