Personality: It's an interesting card, and it could have been useful in the TRR era, for you had Dark cards. Unfortunately, with the Light cards unused, you have a 50/50 chance of helping the opponent than 1 in 3. Now, not as such. Still, it would have been in 04, 05, and not sure on 06. 5/10.

Maintenance: Do it if you need a deck shuffle, which does happen. Or to evade losing a card with opponent hand discard attacks with a bonus shuffling. Somewhat win-win. Heh.

Both cards are wastes of deckspace.
Personality Test- no one plays dark/light in unlimited. Even if you did your deck would blatently give it away. Well done in providing your opponent 3 more cards. All the better for them to Computer Search with. You may as well just use your own guaranteed straight draw.
Maintenence - -2 + 1 is still a loss of 1 card (not counting the maintenence) and therefore not worth playing in most decks. If you do want to shuffle, theres Computer Search, Copycat and other proper draw cards. =/
