    WOOT! I love this one!

I love the art, the HP!

I specially love the Power, because it's like a Body, but you'll have to activate it, and it owns forever (until Laxx is KO).

It's a shame to waste 4 energies or 2 Double Colorless ones, cause the attack could do a lot more damage...

I have the non-holo version, but man, I would love to have a "real-sized" plushie of this thing! It's a trampolin!

    ZOMGWTF???

90 HP is good for a basic, but...
4 energy for 30 damage??? OMG!
And... 4 retreat cost means once it's in, it stays in until KOed... it's just stupid!

And for the body - it can still get Burned, but it still works - weird, isn't it?

    4/10

Well, you have to consider than that it was a old card... the burned Specail Condition it wasn't invented yet
Also the the highest HP in that time it was Charizard with 120 HP, so Snorlax it was a average Pkemon in terms of HP

Oh ok... I never played this game until EX's came out, so my knowledge of the earlier sets can probably be written on a pinhead, lol...

Yay! Jungle Snorlax! ^0^ Hey, I actually have this one. It's pretty good for sponging hits early on (Especially against status reliant decks) while you power up the pokémon on your bench. The retreat cost of four sucks, but back in the good old days we had a little something called 'Switch'. One shot of free retreat goodness. ^.^ You can also pull it out from the field with Scoop Up and then reuse, so the retreat cost is not that much of an issue in practice. I just wish that Body Slam was a bit cheaper. As it is, it's usually not worth it to go on the offensive with this one, just have it sponge and build up something nice on the bench (The old Dragonite (Was that from the base set or a later one? I can't recall) comes to mind since Step In lets it relieve Snorlax at any given moment). Still, the poképower is awesome, I like the art, and it's got nostalgia value for me, so...8/10.

    DDDDDDDDDDDD:

    The basics~

I give it a 8.5/10. It has a original Poke Power. It's attack is a bit costful but Double Colorless energy made that easy in 2 turns and other card effect. Also it's reteat cost is a bit hard though switch was available at he time. One of the beat normal type pokemon in the game.

I'll go by the updated version introduced in LC, which prevents it from being Burned. For its time it was a pretty decent card with the amount of HP it had and the fact that it was Colourless. Now, though, you'll encounter the same attack it has but with one or two fewer Energy required, and you don't see retreat costs that high anymore. Retro rating, 8/10. Updated rating, 5/10.

    Snor?
Stupid fat card!!! This card is awful, what sickens me is that people played it.

    Snorlax JU/LC

HP: 90! Alright! it has a high HP, thats one good thing about the card. It makes a good staller for about 3 turns before something else is GoWed out or your opponent decides to use a better attack, whilst Snorlax dozes there like a lemon.
[F] Weakness couldn't really be any worse. People thought that its bulky 90Hp would save its fat hide. Tyrouge, Hitmonchan, Machop always put an end to [C] stall walls within a few turns. The [P] resistance is good. The retreat of [C][C][C][C] is expected. But you must be crazy to retreat this (or even play it).

The power is also quite good. Hopefully keeping it alive for a few turns.. maybe.
This card would be good if it had a good attack. But 30 for [C][C][C][C] makes this card a LOLing stock. There is no way you'll even be attacked by this card. DCE could help it, but this card is super weak to ER and SER. If you can attack the bench, try GoWing this up whilst you just pummel them.

    2.5/10! Whoopee! Don't play it!

Random fact: the Jungle Snorlax is a Holo/Rare, until it was realized how appalling it actually is. In Legendary Collection it got downgraded to an Uncommon (the opposite of Dark Vaporeon).
