    I think that this is the right place for this thread. I can only hope!!! If not, can you move it to where it is supposed to be?

    Ok, so I haven't played the game in forever. Well, I have... but it was just for fun. All I have is the old pokemon cards when it first started out. I was wondering if someone can help me find a site or something with the rules and and the tournament safe cards. And maybe somewhere with tips on building a deck. It has been a really long time...

    https://pokebeach.com/ is an excellent resource for the TCG- I learned pretty much everything I needed to by lurking the forums. They also have scans of cards from every set dating back to Base Set, which is very handy.

    go-pokemon.com is another good resource for the TCG- it has all the rules, and stuff. On a side note, the legal sets are Holon Phantoms-onward. Although there are certain cards that have been reprinted, which can be used in Modified matches, like Super Scoop Up.
