Question: 15 posts???

I was just wondering why we have to post 15 times to put up an image, or a link.

It kinda seems unfair to me. IDK about others but I don't like it :S

I believe that it probably has to do with spamming, which basically means some guy can sign up, post a link, and then never come back.

Yeah, it's mainly to prevent spam. A lot of people join for the purpose of advertising and we don't need them posting threads to link to the ads everywhere, as it could be harmful to someone's computer and such.

It's so that people don't join just to advertise their forum or something and spam links everywhere. There's ways of getting around it, but accumulating 15 posts shouldn't be
too hard.

There. 15 threads in forums that will give you postcount that practically require only a yes/no answer and a simple explanation. Or they're a poll about you, so it shouldn't be hard to answer. All of them were on the front page and not too hard to find. u_u If you've never played the games, search around OVP for threads that perk your interest. 15 posts isn't that bad if you know where to look and what kind of threads are easy to get into the groove of posting with. :)
