[Scripting Question] [16.2] Field weather causing a terrain effect.

So im trying to get for example, psychic terrain to appear in battle, based on a field weather, i've been trying but cant seem to get anywhere,

any sort of way to get say the field weather to then in battle summon psychic terrain would help, kinda stuck here.

still want it to act how sun would work, that its basically there until someone uses sandstorm etc. then its gone.
