    I just find it amazing that the heart gold and soul silver still support the kanto gym leaders.

    This is why the gold in silver is the best among all the pokemon games. You get to travel 2 regions and battle addition gym leaders as a extended gameplay.

    No other pokemon game does this.
     
    i agree. i really like having two regions to go to. i think they should all have two, maybe have a different region for the different version so they are not duplicates (not counting version exclusive pokemon).
     
    Yes, it is a very cool concept indeed and it is what makes the games different from the rest, but we all have our own opinion on that matter. Considering the games are a remake of the originals, it was very likely that Kanto along with its Gyms would have made a return (at least after the new Johto Map art was released last year).

    ... As great as that is, I just don't see the need for this. The information is pretty much known to most and other than that, the thread doesn't give much for worthy discussion, other than most repeating basically the same idea.

    Therefore, I'll just go ahead and lock this ...
