It'd be nice to see Chilling Breath have a different trigger (i.e. a coin flip at the beginning of the turn), but for what it does I can live with it. Wreck....If it's your opponent's Stadium, there's no better card from what I recall. Decent HP (discounting EX status), retreat cost a little dodgy. 7/10.

Walrein EX is an ok card nothing zOmg over. 3 for a possible 90 is desent, power is good but can only be used once.
Draft 1/5 Not good unless you can pull the evos

The ex's in PK are so useless - seriously!
Only 1 attack on an evolved ex is some OMGness, and it's damage isn't even great considering you'll need a stadium to trigger the +20, and it can only be triggered once or twice at most. And 70 is inferior compared to Latias ex's 90 for 3 (with discards on KO), or Gardevoir ex's 80 for 3 with optional energy transfer.
It's power is OK on a BASIC, not a stage 2 ex as it can only be used once and you can't scoop it up over an over again to abuse the power, and Devolution Spray is no more...
And... 3 RC = Super OMG on an ordinary 150 HP stage 2 ex... It's OK if it had 160+ or some great attacks...

Agreed; I think its HP is good for a Stage 2 ex, and 2 Water and 1 Colorless for 70 (or 90 if a Stadium card is in play) is very powerful as most cards I've seen have attacks fail if the damage is 60 or over. The Retreat Cost doesn't bother me as its had a Retreat Cost of 3 since EX Hidden Legends. So I'll rate it 8/10.
