This Pokemon is only useful because of its PokePower, however, it doesn't affect ex PokePowers, which are the most dangerous ones. Foresight is basically a Pokedex, and Disorder is weak and useless. 5/10

 

[Charaxes]

Oh hush, Alex.

The powers come in handy when you start and can't have Girafarig carry the whole load. Of course the Ex ones are more powerful, this is just a stall until you get to where you need to go with the deck.

Foresight is a plus and with its 70 HP, be around to use.

With the React Energy and the holo cards needling them, Disorder isn't as bad as you'd think, but yeah, it's a pinch attack.

Overall, not the best, not the worst. 7/10.

That Tail must contain the pokepower

Still if it's an EX it will need special energy cards and be confused.

Stil 20 is not gonna do much damage and at least it doesn't have any weaknesses
