Grind is overpriced, but Shadow Tag is excellent. The Pokebody is quite useful if you use Wynaut, and it has excellent HP for a Basic. 7.5/10

This card is rather useful.

80 HP is decent for a basic Pokémon.

Stages of evolution can be quite useful and grind can do some serious damage later in the game. And Shadow tag is just... wow. 70 damage in two turns. Imagine that with a card that can switch your opponent's active Pokémon. Just put a basic Pokémon there and WHAM! Before you know it it's already been knocked out.

8/10 pretty pwning for a basic Pokémon.

How can a move that works with one of any type of energy be overpriced? -_-

Strange poke power as he is not evolved.
Anyway that attack is awesome although it hit later.

70 damage great for 3 energy cards
First attack is not that usefull.
Why use it whenoyuhave the second attack 20 Minimun

According to ruling, Wobbuffet counts as an Evolved Pokemon if used to Evolve Wynaut.

Good card. The first attack is a so-so, but Shadow Tag is pretty good. I'm not much excited about the Stages of Evolution, though, but yeah. I'd consider using it if I had a Psychic deck.
