60 HP: It will stay a while.
Sol Shade: It's a pinch move but hey, it works.
Moon Guidance: Need some form of Comp Search and ability to deck shuffle is always nice.
Psyshock: Wish it could do more but at least it has a nice status effect (the best one of all anymore) and definitely good at a pinch.
Retreat Cost: Yep.
Energy Cost: Best used in a Psychic deck.
Overall: A good start at the beginning of the game and great, strong effects, all for the cost of a Psychic energy. What can be sweeter? 8/10.
