This card is pure crap. I mean, 30 damage is all this Regice can do? Don't even think of using this card. 1/10

Ice Barrier is always good against the evil Exs and frankly I'm glad there is a Blizzard that doesn't hit your bench for once. Either way, it's a usable card certainly, just like so many others, good for pinches mostly.

6/10 to round off.

Edit: I just wish there was a better scan of it. Silly scanners.
