React Energy is just what I'd thought it'd be, too stupid and obscure to do anything. Gengar is decent I suppose, 60 damage is solid but nothing exciting, although the first attack would have been good BUT they ruin it with this crappy energy card.
1/10 for the stupid energy card.
7/10 for Gengar.

React Energy is pure crap. Aside from some "benefits" it does nothing. Gengar is kinda weak. Both attacks are mediocre and the power doesn't do much.
React Energy: 1.5/10
Gengar: 6/10

There are better energy cards and if you need it just for gengar

Gengar packs a blow with it's 60 damage + 30 if knocked out

and 100HP

Weird twofer.

This card reminds Fossil Gengar, kinda. The React energy, it's an energy and it's colorless so it fits anywhere, and good for a pinch.

Gengar: 7/10.

React: 5/10.

Just too tired for a more critical review right now.
