The PokePower is, well, useless. Why would you want to return one of your OWN Pokes to your hand? Reactive beating is useless, Cross-out is weak, unless you use all of your four Darkness energy, and even then it's overpriced. 5.5/10.

Good retreat poke power and good against evolved pokemon.

Still it's better that you include a reactive energy.

Let's say you have an evolved Pok?mon EX in your hand and it only has 10 hp left, why give the opponent two free prize cards when you can use that Pok?mon again or use some of the energy cards attached to it again?

Reactive beating isn't really that great, but Cross-Cut is great for dealing with evolved Pok?mon and isn't very expensive either ^_^

I can't see the hp, but this seems to be a decent card. There are much better third stage cards though -_- 8/10
