The PokePower is only useful if you use a Colorless deck. Energy Link is nice, but Tail Whap is weak. Good only as a supporter. 4/10

 

[Mail Jeevas]

The poke power is good, it can help you whenever you need a colorless energy to attack, and when you've already used the normal energy attachment. Tail Whap is a weak attack, counting that he is an evolved pokemon.

Besides from that, it's a good card, So I give it a 6.5/10

At least Delcatty can fit in any deck so the React Energy could be used properly in a deck.

That and the first attack, strong enough and Energy Retrieval, that's a nice plus, isn't it?

7/10 to round off all the good points.
