Where is the infamous truck and how do you do the mew glitch and what is glitch city and how do you go there? Don't post stupidlt plz!

The truck is located on the shore to the right of the SS Anne Dock.

I can't bother with the rest of them >.<

RBY. The trick is to get Cut and get off the boat without actually leaving (as in, intentionally get all of your Pokemon to faint sometime after picking up the HM). Alternatively, trade a Pokemon with Cut onto your game. Then, go through the rest of the game, get Surf, and go back to Vermilion with a Pokemon that can Cut and one that can Surf. Get past the guy who checks your ticket, and then walk onto the dock without going onto the boat. Surf to the east from the dock, and you should find a small patch of land. The truck is the only thing on it.

As for the others, yeah, not really bothering here either. Search the official glitch thread. They'll have descriptions somewhere in there. (Glitch City is on the first page, I believe.)
