3rd Gen 2 questions regarding Emerald

1. Where exactly can I find a Ditto? I know its the Desert something something lol, but how do I get there?

2. This is before getting the 6th badge. Where is a good place to raise a Level 17 Swablu? I have EXP share, so anywhere where there are pokemon at level 20 or higher would be good.

1. I believe the place is called the Desert Underpass. There's this house west of Fallarbor Town where the "Fossil Maniac" lives. Go in the house, and there's a door in the back leading into the Fossil Maniac's tunnel. At the very back of the tunnel, a door will open up into the Desert Underpass. I am pretty sure, but not 100%, that this door to the Desert Underpass will not appear until you've beaten the Elite 4.
You can catch Dittos here, and they'll be around Level 40-ish.

2. Some good training places I can think of are:
Jagged Pass
Route 118
Route 119
Route 120
Route 121
Mt. Pyre
Route 122
Route 123

I beat the main game in Emerald a while ago, so I'm not exactly sure how far you can get without getting the sixth badge. I know that you'll be able to reach Route 119 before getting the sixth badge, and the Pokemon are at pretty high levels on that route (mid to high 20s).
