This team mostly leaches of Ninjask. Ninjask can use Sword Dance at the beginning of the battle and if I get hit to when my HPs to low to use Substitute comes in I can Baton Pass or attack if I think i can one hit it with X - Scissor. Ninjask can also play it safe by just going for the speed boost. A weakness to Ninjask would be a Tyranitar as a lead if I do not have Sunny day. Togekiss is also another Pokemon on my team that can Baton Pass. It can use Nasty Plot for its self or for my Special Sweeper, Yanmega.
Right now I don't have a lead for this team, but I think Electiver has the Super Effectives down so this should be a good lead. If my Fire Punch was a Ice Punch that would be better for taking out the dragons, but I can have Fire Punch for a Metang or a Scizor. But basically this team trys to switch in on moves of their own type. And what I mean by that is Electiver switching in on Thunderbolt or Vaporeon switching in on Aqua Tail.
