Kocho Region Concept Art
Kocho is a region featured in my upcoming ROM hack, I want to convert everything I imagined it to be all into the game. Yes, it is connected to Hoenn through a long bridge. :)
I planned to make Kocho much more technology advanced then any other region with many post-apocalyptic towns. Kocho makes its money off its Casinos, tourist attractions, and scientific discoveries like creating energy out of scratch which was thought to be impossible in the past.
