Very good HP, but the first attack is bad. Second one's a lot better though. Weakness...eh. Retreat cost...oh, dear.

One thing's for sure, faking the DP set is gonna be HARD.

HP is good, so is the second attack as it doesn't help your opponent like some similar ones do.
The only drawback is the power, though...

But HP and damage almost never come in the same package... It's also true in the games, too.
