    Decent bench hitter, but it can only damage 1 benched at a time.

    The second attack does good damage for the cost, but the 20 bench damage needs a coin flip.

    HP and RC seem pretty average in the new system.

    Average I guess... High hp, but its lacking offense relatively to other cards. Ice Blade is pretty strong, but when it's a stage 2, it's just average... just 10 off the mark of OHKOing a basic. It tempts you to use Aqua Jet next turn to see if you can get 2 prizes in one row, but then the coin flip comes in and then it's down to luck... The luck factor just makes it average. One bench at a time maybe a bit slow considering there's Lucario for example, that hits the active Pokemon and the bench for certainty at a much faster speed of stage 1.
