I give it a 8/10, not that bad of a card. =/

Call for Family can give it good uses, also along with Aqua Ring. It would have been more fair if only one water energy was needed for Aqua Ring though. =/

This card is too generic... nothing special about it's attacks except the names...

It would be better if Aqua Ring heals it, like Whale lord ex's first dive attack.

5/10 - just another generic basic...
