3 quick questions about the presidential status

Ok, just 3 questions, I'm quite sure they can be answered quickly:
Can you get banned while being (Vice)President?
Can you get modded while being (Vice)President?
Can (Vice)Presidents change the color of their name when they want to?

Yes, you can get banned. Vice/Presidents AREN'T above the rules.
They CAN get modded, but we discourage it.
Not sure about the last one. Oo

o.o The first President and Vice President were both modded. We don't outright discourage it...we'll still look at all candidates equally, but if there are two fairly equal candidates, it's likely we'll go, in fairness, with one who doesn't already have a fancy title. Since mods aren't allowed to run from the get-go, it's not really fair for one to hold both titles.

As for that last question--that's a good one. o_o I suppose if they really couldn't deal with their chosen colour for some reason, it could be changed. I don't think so, though--once you choose it that should be it. :\

Well if that question hasn't been come across with the staff, I think the answer should be no. If they are changing their name color all the time, some memebers may get confused.

Since mods aren't allowed to run for prez, it'd be a little unfair if a president was a mod, even if they were modded after being elected. Oo

But what happens when the president gets banned?
Does the Vice President become president then?
And what happens when both are banned?

Vice President would become President and 1st runner up becomes vice. And if both get banned then 1st and 2nd runner ups get it.

Probably, but then again it'd also be more realistic if all the runners were in their 40s and spent thousands of dollars on this.
