So Altarianite is only being usable in Gen 7 now and that's only if you took part in a tournament. Sun and Moon have been out for nearly a year now.
Also they need to release Gardevoirite for everyone already not just those who took part in the tournament. It was a terrible idea to have Mega Stones released over time especially in a game with a post game as limited as Sun/Moon has and holding them back this long is even worse.
