Hmmm not so good i dont have many pokemon ex plus ( i know its only stage 2) but a three card requirement for 60 damage i suppose thats ok *ish. Better then my Gyarados at stage two so

This card is quite generic IMO...
Generic 100 HP, with a not very useful power that doesn't benefit itself at all, and an only attack that's quite costly...
The power is pretty much useless because how many stage 2 ex's can you have in a game? It's far too narrow to be useful.
It's only attack costs 3 energy and only does 60 damage. The side effect is good, but not very useful at all.
Weakness to colorless is quite bad, and resistances to the 2 classes aren't that helpful either (Grass is uncommon, especially in DP, fighting has many attacks that bypass resistances). 1 RC is the average.
4/10 - use a better supporter instead.

This has nothing that makes it usable over anything else. The power, in order to work, will be purely coincidental. 100 HP is lame for an ex, sorry. If healing light got rid of TWO dmg counters, it would be worth the cost. the two resistances are great, but they get overshadowed greatly by that weakness to colorless.

Not a great card. If you're playing this you're probably using a delta deck anyway, in which case Flygon d HP does a better job of energy attachment and is only one prize. Attack's not very special.
