This is a good card. It may turn your bad situation into an advantage. 8.5/10

This card is good but you have to have more of a avdtange to use it. It may not be good in the late pokemon game when you are down to your final 2 prizes and your opponent has 3. For the second effect of the card, your opponent choosing the pokemon is never if they have a full field. The first effect is okay but there are cards with similar effects. This card just seems like a Modifed Format of Gust of Wind. But with a cost and more options. For you and your opponent. 7.1/10 for me. XD

I really don't understand this Pokemon card but it seems resonable 7/10

For that specific energy causing so many woes on that specific Pokemon, or need that bench knockout, this card is one of the few that pulls double duty while being completely useful on both ends.

You'd think they'd ban/restrict it but the set is being rotated out soon anyway.

One curiosity is the card art isn't as vibrant or as eclectic as the previous Rocket technical machines. I wonder if they are losing their creativity. I would think so after so many sets.
