Since when have 10 and 20 been small amounts of damage in the beggining? -__-
Lick doesn't do much damage, but atleast it can paralyze and is cheap
and Tongue Whip can do some serious damage to basic Pokémon on your
opponent's bench

Plush, 80 HP is very high for a basic Pokémon. Power isn't everything, Dark Venusaur, but it's your opinion...

10/10 this thing is excellent if you happen to start with it.

Thank you, Smarties. It's refreshing to see people explore the depth of a seemingly basic card. Besides the start, it's good in a pinch when you need the paralysis can take a hit or two.

I gotta agree with you. With High Hp but low attack damage with good effects. This card can do serious things at the beginning of the duel.

9.5/10. Having 2 as retreat cost seems fairly though.

This card also has a nice artwork.

10/10 for the art.

YAY, THE RETURN OF JUNGLE LICKITUNG!! This thing can work wonders as a stall...but probably not as much in a 2-on-2.
