    It's certainly very cute. XD

    Good starter if you're playing basic energy, but I don't see this card having all that much use. Azumarill isn't exactly the most popular Pokémon in a deck.
     
    Quite a pointless card, but it can help you getting out some evolution cards that you need urgently, on the condition that you must have an energy card of the right class in your hand. However the same can be done with many trainer cards that don't cause you to waste a turn.

    3/10 - somewhat of a last resort...
