Wow, tch, such a nice evilness in a pokemon like him, oh an' I just LOOOOVE those attacks, tch, they're soooo convenient. ^_^ An' the illustration is beautiful!
Tch, good 2-energy retreat cost, tch, if it uses water an' electric energies then it'll most likely be in a water/rock deck an' compensate for their weaknesses with those wonderful resistances. ^^
