Rainbow has been seen over and over agian in different forms, each one different than the last. A staple for deck that use Holon pokemon. It can really turn the game around. 9/10 for Holon decks.

This is not a very good Rainbow Energy. It can only be attached to a Delta Species Pokemon? I would suggest to use a normal Rainbow Energy, except if the Delta Species Pokemon can do much more good effects if Delta Rainbow Energy is attached to them, like the React Energy from Legend Maker. It has a good art anyway. 7.8/10
