Blaziken needs a Thunderpunch mention and I don't agree on Swampert's EVs. I personally prefer HP over Defense and since Swampert is supposed to be taking hits, it should have less Attack and more Defense/HP.
I ditto that. A BP Blaziken might work, but there are much better BPers in D/P and Blaziken's defensive stats aren't high enough to pull it off efficiently. Choice Scarfing is pretty much the only thing Blaziken can pull off fairly effectively.
