Thanks to Water Pokemon Master from www.pokebeach.com for the scan.

Not a bad card, but too dependent on Solrock.

Just note you can do 60 damage with the second attack if you stock your bench up with 4 Solrock cards, but it's not really worth it...

HP is a little low for a non-evolving basic.

4/10 - too dependent on other cards; not versatile enough.

    Looks familiar...

Well, anyway, it can be useful if used right. The first attack could be chaos if timed well...but this card is still too situational. 2 Energy for a max 60 damage isn't TOO bad, though...

    5.5/10

Actually, that low HP is remedied by Solrock from the same set (Raises it up to 80, which is quite decent). Those two should really be rated together since Lunatone without Solrock (or vice versa) is not quite worth it.

Anyways, Foresight is a really nice filler attack for smoothing out your own draws or hampering your opponent's progress, and Target Beam has some potential. But yeah, this card is something you need to build your deck around to make it worthwhile. 7/10
